Auriens Chelsea Achieves Outstanding Resdient Satisfaction Rating
Now in its second year, the survey again invited residents to give detailed feedback on life at Auriens. Importantly, this year’s results show that already-strong satisfaction has risen further, reflecting our ongoing dedication to evolving thoughtfully and improving the quality of life for our residents.
Residents took part in in-depth, face-to-face interviews, offering both quantitative ratings and personal reflections on overall experience and quality of care to amenities, services, and the sense of community. The results underline the strength of the Auriens ethos: combining independence and privacy with warm, attentive support, creating a setting that is both refined and deeply homely.
This year’s survey confirms that satisfaction at Auriens Chelsea is not only exceptionally high but it is improving year on year. Overall satisfaction rose to 4.9 out of 5, up from 4.7 last year.
Residents described feeling “completely at home,” supported by an exceptional team and benefitting from both peaceful privacy and the option to engage with a warm, lively community whenever they choose. Of particular note, was the positive impact of the concierge team have on their sense of safety and belonging.
As one resident noted, “When you walk through the door… you feel safe and looked after.” Another summed up the overall sentiment: “I feel totally at home.”
Residents consistently praised Auriens’ unique blend of independence and bespoke service, citing concierge support, elegant apartments, cultural programming, and central Chelsea location as key strengths. As one resident shared, “I continue to rate life here as a five. Simply the best move I ever made.”
Many also remarked on the warmth and professionalism of the team which was rated 4.9 out of 5, with residents noting that the team “go out of their way to support” and “anticipate needs” with care and discretion.

As part of our culture of continual improvement, residents also offered thoughtful suggestions for further refinement including interest in expanded dining hours and reassurance around the planned art studio move. While only mentioned by a small minority, these comments are helping us shape future initiatives.
In conclusion, the 2025 survey results reaffirm Auriens Chelsea’s position as one of the most exceptional living environments – one where residents feel understood, supported, and most importantly, truly at home.
With rising satisfaction scores, continued praise for the team, and overwhelmingly strong recommendations, the message from residents is clear: Auriens Chelsea continues to set the benchmark for refined, independent living.
